All Autodesk Subscription contracts purchased through Summit are eligible for both the standard Autodesk services as well as a block of technical support from our Customer Support team that includes telephone and online, remote desktop care.

Please contact your business development manager to find out how many hours of support your subscription contract is eligible for.

You can reach our support team either by phone at 604.568.8324 or by e-mail at support@summitaec.com. By using this address your questions will be circulated throughout the entire Summit Support Team, and will be answered by the most appropriate resource.

You can help us respond to your support requests faster by including the following information in your e-mail or voicemail:

  • Your name
  • Your company name
  • Phone number where you can be reached
  • Support Tracking number if you are dealing with an existing issue
  • A brief description of the problem

If you prefer to address your question to a specific member of the Summit Team, please mention their name in your voicemail or include it in the subject line of your e-mail.

Please note that it is difficult for our Customer Support team to help if the user is not properly prepared to use the application. We recommend that you review our training offerings if this is the case.
