Solutions for Architects
Architecture has been the core of our business for many years. With 5 architecturally trained staff, our goal is to insure that a BIM solution is tailored towards your particular needs. Our mission is to help you improve the process of designing and delivering excellent buildings to your clients..

Solutions for Engineers
The solutions we offer to the engineering environment are quite different than what we offer architects. In most cases, engineers already have sophisticated software that they use for analysis purposes. If you are a structural engineer, you already use a number of structural analysis packages. Mechanical engineers utilize energy analysis software while electrical engineers have their own distinct needs. Insuring that the BIM delivers data that can be used by all of these packages is critical to a successful BIM implementation.

Solutions for Contractors
BIM can add value to the building process. However, the typical builder needs often differ from the typr of BIM services that an architect or engineer might need. First and foremost, the typical builder probably does not have resources available to build models, let alone build them with valuable data. We will help produce these models as well as implement the tools necessary to use BIM to meet the contractors’ specific needs.

Solutions for Owners
A proper BIM will benefit the owner or operator of a project significantly. If their consulting and building team is operating within BIM, they will have the opportunity to leverage the data once the building is complete.
