BIM
Building Information Modeling is the cornerstone of our direction for technology in building design and construction. Our belief is that all of the applications that we support utilize the data that is part of BIM. However, it is the BIM authoring tools based in the Revit platform that form the foundation for this powerful solution.

CAD
Computer Aided Drafting remains an integral part of the entire BIM solution. Although the model is crucial in generating the majority of the value in a digital design process, there is still the necessity for drafting to be done at some levels. We support all of the industry standard tools from Autodesk for these purposes.

Collaboration
The ability to work effectively with a common set of data is one of the most important benefits of the BIM process. Tools such as Navisworks and Design Review enable non-traditional users to communicate through BIM.

Sustainability
The data embedded in a Building Information Model can and should be used to analyze the BIM for a wide range of uses. Today, your buildings can be measured at the earliest stages and throughout the design process to determine environmental impacts and energy performance.

Visualization
Another product of the BIM process is the ability to view a project in three dimensions from the same data that is also used for a multitude of other purposes. This is a valuable capability for client understanding, constructability, and future renovation purposes.
