There will be a benefit to each individual discipline that utilizes BIM, but these effects will be increased dramatically if the whole project team is working together in the BIM environment.

Model Specification
Our experts will work with all members of the consulting and/or construction team to pinpoint exactly where Building Information Modeling can help your project. If engaged, we will meet with all team members to determine how they can best leverage the potential of BIM.

Model Management
Throughout the design and construction process, there will be a need to cooperate between all members of the project team. Not all participants will understand what others expect or require from the model. Summit will work with team members to help define these needs and attend project meetings to make sure all members are getting the most out of the BIM.

Model Creation
Summit specialists can work with your design and construction team to help create the model if the modeling expertise is not available within your team. Although we are not a contract modeling organization – we believe that in order for you to leverage the potential of BIM, your key people must understand it; we will work with your key people to help produce a proper BIM.
